एनआरएनए सदस्य हुनका लागी निम्न नियमहरू लागू हुनेछन्। 

गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ फिन्ल्याण्डको बिधान अनुसार गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघको सदस्य हुनः

• नेपाल वा सार्क सदस्य मुलुकहरु बाहिर कम्तिमा २ बर्ष बसोवास गरि हाल पूर्णकालिन काम गर्ने अधिकार (Full-time working rights) सहितको भिषा अर्थात A वा P भिषा भएका, वा नेपाली मूलका फिनिश नागरिक हुनु पर्नेछ।
• विद्यार्थी भिषा अथवा नेपाल वा सार्क मुलुक बाहिर २ बर्ष भन्दा कम बसोवास गर्नुभएका महानुभावहरुले समेत गैर आवासीय नेपाली संघ फिनल्याण्डको आबद्ध सदस्यता “Associate Membership” लिन सक्नुहुनेछ । यो सदस्यता निःशुल्क हुनेछ तर आबद्ध सदस्यहरुले संघको निर्वाचन प्रकृयामा भाग लिने, मतदान गर्ने र नीति निर्माण तथा निर्णय प्रकृयाहरुमा प्रत्यक्ष सहभागिता भने जनाउन पाउने छैनन् ।

केही महत्वपूर्ण जानकारीहरु :

सन् २०२१-२०२३मा एनआरएनए सदस्य हुनुहुन्छ भने हजुरको हकमा कुनै पनि दस्तावेज प्रमाणिकरण गर्नुपर्ने छैन। हजुरहरुको लागी आवेदन फारम सरल बनाईएको छ जसमा नाम र ईमेल मात्र टिपाई हालको संसोधित सदस्यता शर्त एवम् गोपनियताको शर्तमा सहमति जनाउनु पर्नेछ। 

नयाँ सदस्यहरूको हकमा सदस्यताको लागी योग्य रहेको प्रमाणिकरण दुई तरिकाले गर्न सकिन्छ :

• माथि उल्लेखित सदस्यताका लागी योग्य रहेको दस्तावेज अपलोड गरेर 

वा

• भिडियोकल मार्फत आफ्नो योग्यता प्रमाणित गरेर।
  यसबारे सम्पूर्ण जानकारी फारममा नै उपलब्ध छन्।

सदस्यता आवेदनका क्रममा अपलोड गरिने डकुमेन्टमा आफ्नो व्यक्तिगत विवरणका महत्वपूर्ण अंश-जस्तै सोसियल सेक्युरिटी नम्बर, पासपोर्ट नम्बर, जन्मस्थान  छोपेर राहदानी तथा परिचयपत्र दिन सक्नु हुनेछ। 

सदस्यता विवरण भर्दा फिनिश राहदानी हुनेले राहदानीको अघिल्लो पेजमात्र राखे पुग्छ तर नेपाली राहदानी हुनेले रेसिडेन्ट पर्मिटको दुबै साइडको फोटो राख्नु पर्ने हुन्छ ।

हामीलाई प्राप्त डकुमेन्ट मात्र एकजना Verification Officerको निहितमा रहन्छ । सदस्यतामा विवाद आएको खण्डमा बोर्डको निर्णय पश्चात विवाद सुल्झाउनका लागी बनेको दुई सदस्यीय समितीले मात्र उक्त विवादित सदस्यता सम्बन्धीको दस्ताबेज हेर्न सक्नेछन्। 

प्रमाणीकरण पछि Verification Officer द्वारा सम्पूर्ण दस्ताबेजहरू एवम् विवरण ( नाम र ईमेल बाहेक) सुरक्षित तबरले मेटाईने छ। 

सदस्यता शुल्क १० € रहेको छ र बैंकको विवरण सबै अनलाइन फारम भित्र उपलब्ध छ। यद्यपी झुक्किनु भएको खण्डमा तलको विवरण हेर्नुहोला।

Please read the following information carefully before taking the general membership of Non-Resident Nepalese Association of Finland.

The following rules will apply to become an NRNA member.

Non-Resident Nepali Association Ry (NRNA) have have the following requirements for a member as per their statute:

• Must have lived outside of Nepal or SAARC member countries for at least 2 years and currently have a visa with full-time working rights, i.e. A or P visa, or must be a Finnish citizen of Nepali origin.
• Even dignitaries who have a student visa or have lived outside of Nepal or SAARC countries for less than 2 years can take “Associate Membership” of Non-resident Nepali Association of Finland. This membership will be free, but affiliated members will not be allowed to participate in the election process of the association, vote and directly participate in policy making and decision making processes.

Some important information:

If you are a member of NRNA in the year 2021-2023, no documents need to be verified in your case. The application form has been made simple for you, in which you have to enter the name and email only and agree to the updated membership terms and conditions and privacy policy.

In case of new members, verification of eligibility for membership can be done in two ways:

• By uploading the above mentioned eligibility documents for membership

OR

• By proving your eligibility through video call.
  All information about this is available in the form itself.

In the document that will be uploaded during the membership application, you will be able to cover important parts of your personal details – such as social security number, passport number, place of birth.

While filling the membership details, Finnish passport holders only need to keep the front page of the passport, but Nepali passport holders need to keep the photo of both sides of the resident permit.

The documents received by us remain in the possession of a Verification Officer  ONLY. If there is a dispute in the membership, only the 3-member committee formed to resolve the dispute after the decision of the board may see the document related to the disputed membership.

After Verification all documents and details (except name and email) will be securely deleted by the verification officer.

Membership fee is €10 and bank details are available within all online forms. However, if you are confused, see the details below.
